Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on delivered floral arrangements. However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will make it right. We do not accept returns after 1 day (24 hours).
To return an item you only need to take a few simple steps:

- Transfer the product to the L’amour Toujours Flower Boutique manager with a purchase confirmation and the details of the quality claim. In cases of proven product damage or quality concerns, we may offer a replacement arrangement, store credit or discount at our discretion.
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days to the payment method selected at checkout.
We applies to the refund in USD. No restocking fee.
