Because flowers are a perishable product, we kindly ask you to review our return and refund policy below.
How many days do customers have to return a product?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on delivered floral arrangements. However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will make it right. We do not accept returns after 1 day (24 hours).
Do we accept returns from the USA?
Yes, we accept returns on defective products only.
Return window extension
Our store is open seven days a week and on holidays, the refund window cannot be extended.

Damages and issues
