Delivery Process

We are not responsible for flowers left unattended due to incorrect addresses, recipient refusal, missed deliveries, or theft.
Delivery Fees
Fees vary by distance and delivery zone. Premium, late-night, or expedited delivery options are available upon request for an additional charge.
Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods in case of a claim.
Can a customer cancel his order?
